Where Winds Meet’s September 23 appearance notice schedules five new looks across September 25 and 27, 2026. Jade Moonrise and Lunar Radiance begin first; Penglai’s Peaks, Cicada Requiem and Autumn Dewlight follow two days later. Cicada Requiem has the shortest announced discount window, ending October 10.
The publisher gives every clock time in UTC+8, the same offset as Malaysia time. These are optional appearances. Check each item’s live in-game listing, price and currency before spending; the notice does not give an Echo Beads price or draw cost for these releases.
Five appearance windows at a glance

| Autumn Dewlight | Draw Shop hairstyle | Sep 27, 00:00 | Dec 26, 04:59:59 |
The notice gives an end to Cicada Requiem’s discount, not a confirmed removal date for the set. It also does not state the discount percentage or final price. Check the live Shop for both.
September 25: Jade Moonrise and Lunar Radiance
Jade Moonrise is a set with gold and black costume designs in the official preview. Its announced window runs from September 25 at 05:00 until October 25 at 04:59:59 MYT. Lunar Radiance is a separate hairstyle in the Draw Shop, open from the same start time until December 24 at 04:59:59 MYT. The hairstyle’s later end date gives you a different planning window; the two items should not be treated as one bundle.
If Jade Moonrise is the set you want, inspect its live price and the currency shown on your character first. If the listing requires Echo Beads and your balance is short, buy Where Winds Meet Echo Beads for your Jade Moonrise shortfall. This purchase is optional and does not unlock the free Version 2.2 update.
September 27: Penglai’s Peaks
Penglai’s Peaks is described as a new draw appearance from September 27 at 05:00 through December 26 at 04:59:59 MYT. The official panels show costume and accessory views, but the article does not specify a draw price or currency. Open the live draw screen to see its rules and cost before deciding whether to take part.
Cicada Requiem: check the shorter discount window
Cicada Requiem is a Nether Whispers Series set whose announced discount begins September 27 at 00:00 and ends October 10 at 23:59:59 MYT. That is a discount deadline, while the notice leaves the set’s final availability unconfirmed. The artwork shows a dark outfit with separate front, back and portrait previews.
If you decide to buy Cicada Requiem, confirm the current discounted price, currency and your existing balance in the game. When the Shop calls for Echo Beads, top up Where Winds Meet Echo Beads for Cicada Requiem only for the amount you need. The notice alone is not proof of today’s checkout price.
Autumn Dewlight: a separate Draw Shop hairstyle
Autumn Dewlight opens in the Draw Shop on September 27 at 00:00 and is announced through December 26 at 04:59:59 MYT. Its window starts five hours before Penglai’s Peaks and lasts far longer than the Cicada Requiem discount. Check the live Draw Shop terms for the required currency rather than assuming that an Echo Beads purchase applies to this hairstyle.
Check the right character before paying
SuprimX’s Where Winds Meet page asks for a Character ID. Check the ID against the character whose Shop you inspected, and compare the live in-game cost with your balance before choosing a top-up amount. The game’s official account FAQ says character data does not transfer across server regions, so verify the intended character and region instead of assuming that a different character’s balance will carry over.
