Where Winds Meet’s Version 2.2 update notice, dated 21 September 2026, lists two different Echo Beads outfits for the late-September shop: Jade Moonrise at 2,580 Echo Beads and Cicada Requiem at 1,280 Echo Beads until 10 October, then 2,580. Both are optional cosmetics. The same poster also lists Draw Shop items that use Harmonic Cores; do not budget Echo Beads for those by assuming every appearance uses the same currency.
What the September 23 update adds
The notice schedules Jade Moonrise from 25 September and Cicada Requiem from 27 September. Each includes a matching player avatar, and the outfits support dyeing and separate top and bottom pieces. The poster also lists Penglai’s Peaks, Lunar Radiance Hair and Autumn Dewlight Hair in the Draw Shop for Harmonic Cores. This is an appearance update, not a requirement for the Hidden Mountain story or the Transdust Ruins mode.
Jade Moonrise: the full-price set
Jade Moonrise is the straightforward set purchase if you prefer its gold-and-black design. The official notice lists it at 2,580 Echo Beads, with a matching player avatar, from 25 September through 25 October. Check the live in-game Shop before buying because the notice does not establish your current balance or account eligibility.
If Jade Moonrise is your choice, compare its 2,580-Bead cost with the balance shown on your character, then buy Where Winds Meet Echo Beads for Jade Moonrise for the amount you still need. This is a purchase for that outfit, not for access to the update.
Cicada Requiem: the lower-price window
Cicada Requiem is a separate Phantom Whispers set. The notice lists it from 27 September at 1,280 Echo Beads through 10 October at 23:59:59, after which it says the price returns to 2,580 Echo Beads. It includes the Cicada Requiem player avatar and can be dyed; its top and bottom can be worn separately. The poster gives no final removal date for this set.
If you want Cicada Requiem, check that the 1,280-Bead price is still shown in your Shop and subtract your existing balance. Then top up Where Winds Meet Echo Beads for Cicada Requiem for the shortfall. The announced price change is the reason to check the live price, not a reason to buy more than you need.
Check your Echo Beads and account
