Where Winds Meet’s Clouded Revelation version 2.1 overview lists several new looks alongside gameplay and event changes. The important buying distinction is the acquisition method: some appearances use a fixed Echo Beads price, Forged in Fire is a Harmonic Core draw choice, and some effects use Sound Jade. The cosmetic purchases are optional choices beside the update’s playable content.
Separate fixed-price outfits from draw rewards
The official shop panel lists Snowborne Stars at 2,580 Echo Beads and Sandveil Venom at 1,280 Echo Beads. Sandveil Venom includes its matching player avatar and supports separate top and bottom pieces and dyeing. The notice schedules it from 13 September 2026. Check the live in-game Shop for availability and your existing balance before choosing a denomination.
Forged in Fire is a different decision. The Draw Shop notice describes a route using two Harmonic Cores and a chance to obtain it through draws; it does not present a fixed Echo Beads purchase price. Its announced draw listing ran from 3 September to 15 October 2026, with removal from sale stated for 2 December. Budget for the actual in-game draw terms, not an assumed direct price.
For a smaller fixed-price choice, the notice lists the Noontide Feast dual blades appearance at 60 Echo Beads. It also lists the Myriad Mechanisms: Bursting Nine VFX at 60 Echo Beads until 5 October 2026, then 300 Echo Beads. These prices are for different items; check the exact Shop entry rather than treating every 60 Echo Beads option as interchangeable.

Compare VFX costs with Sound Jade options
The second panel lists Inkwell Spring, a martial-art VFX, at 1,280 Echo Beads from 13 September 2026. The Duskgem: Skybound Waters weapon look instead uses two Sound Jade in the Draw – Echo Shop. Gold Crow’s Descent is a “Free Morph” effect, but the notice still prices its redemption at two Sound Jade for a limited period. “Free Morph” describes the effect, not a zero-cost reward. An Echo Beads top-up is relevant only to a choice the Shop actually prices in Echo Beads.
For Inkwell Spring, first inspect the VFX on your own character, confirm its current Shop listing and subtract any Echo Beads you already hold. If there is a shortfall, top up Where Winds Meet Echo Beads for that VFX purchase using the receiving Character ID shown in your game account. The product offers Echo Beads and separate pass options, so select a currency denomination when the goal is a Shop item.
Check the receiving character and platform
The Where Winds Meet product asks for a Character ID. Copy it from the character that should receive the top-up and review the account details before paying. Platform balance can also matter: the official PlayStation Store notice says Echo Beads bought through PlayStation Store are visible and usable only on PlayStation Network, while Echo Beads bought on other platforms are not visible there.
