VALORANT 13.04 replaced Breeze with Abyss in Competitive and Deathmatch. It also shortened Premier’s stage and repaired transforming-melee inspections on PC. Here is what the update changed, followed by the checks that separate a free fix from an optional cosmetic purchase. For today’s map pool and offers, use the live client.
Agent fixes and the shorter Premier stage
Riot’s patch 13.04 notes list four Agent and stability repairs:
- Cypher: incorrect Spycam minimap-icon rotation.
- Viper: incorrect enemy-view Snake Bite equip animation.
- Deadlock: GravNet effects disappearing after reconnecting.
- Clove: freezing and disconnecting when repeatedly switching Meddle and Ruse.
On PC, Premier V26A5 began August 18 with five weeks instead of seven. The regular Playoff threshold was 450 Premier Score, for September 20. Contender and Invite used standings placement, with rounds on September 19–20. Those are Riot’s announced dates; check the client for your team’s local schedule.
The practical distinction is qualification method: a score target is not the rule for every division. Confirm your division before planning the team’s remaining matches.
Check transforming melee skins before buying
The PC fix restored inspect transformations for transforming melee weapons, including Kuronami 2.0 and Nocturnum. Existing owners do not need to repurchase a skin to receive the repair.
If that fix brought a melee skin back onto your wishlist, first inspect its entry in your Collection and the live Store. The patch does not announce a rerun or confirm that either named skin is currently for sale. Riot’s Store guide explains that offers rotate and featured items use VP; support cannot restore an expired offer.
Choose the exact item, compare an individual offer with any available bundle, and subtract your existing VP from the displayed total. Once the offer is available and your Malaysia account is confirmed, buy VP for your chosen VALORANT melee skin through SuprimX. The purchase is for the cosmetic, not access to the patch or a gameplay advantage.
Separate skin ownership from upgrade costs
Owning a skin and unlocking its optional upgrades are separate budget questions. Riot’s currency guide distinguishes VP from Radianite Points, which are used for cosmetic evolution. Radianite can be bought with VP or earned through Battlepass progression.
For a skin you already own, open its upgrade panel and check which levels or variants it actually offers. Do not assume every melee has the same upgrade path, or that paying its base price includes every effect. Compare the required currency with your current Radianite and any rewards you can earn before spending more.
If you choose an available upgrade and still need to buy Radianite, top up VP for your chosen cosmetic upgrade budget. Review the in-client Radianite purchase first: topping up VP alone does not apply an upgrade.
Confirm your Malaysia account before topping up
SuprimX’s Valorant (Malaysia) product supplies VP and asks for your Riot ID and tagline, such as GameName#Tag. Use the account whose Store and Collection you checked.
Riot’s Southeast Asia payment guidance makes payment availability dependent on the Riot account’s region of residence and lists Malaysia separately. Being in Southeast Asia, or sharing a server with Malaysian players, is not enough to establish that a Malaysia top-up matches an account.
- Confirm the account region and both parts of the Riot ID.
- Check whether the purchase needs VP, Radianite or no currency at all.
- Recheck the offer and existing balance before paying. If your balance covers the choice, no top-up is needed.
