Blood Strike’s 1 September 2026 version update introduces the support-focused Striker VOX, the G36 assault rifle, Duel mode and a month-long anniversary schedule. The official update announcement also separates free login and mission rewards from paid content such as the Banana Spotlight Strike Pass and new gacha pools.
For players in Malaysia, the priority is to note each calendar date, then confirm the live in-game timer before acting because the announcement does not state a time zone. VOX rewards coordinated pushes and clean disengages
VOX’s primary skill, Sonic Overdrive, boosts movement speed and weapon-handling speed for him and nearby teammates. It also defers part of incoming damage. If the affected player gets out of combat, remaining deferred damage is cleared and HP lost during the effect is restored.
That makes timing more important than simply activating the skill at the start of every fight. A squad can use the speed boost to take space, but it should still preserve a route out of combat so the recovery condition can matter.
His Sonic Grenade pulses through walls, slows enemy movement and weapon handling, and prevents sprinting. The practical pairing is to restrict an enemy’s escape first, then use Sonic Overdrive to accelerate the team’s follow-up. The announcement does not provide exact percentages, duration or cooldown values, so those details should be checked in game.
The G36 and Duel mode create two different practice goals
The G36 Type MM-99 209mm AU assault rifle is presented as a stable, controllable weapon with a large drum magazine. Its exclusive BAS Grenade Launcher attachment switches the rifle into a high-explosive mode for clustered enemies or opponents behind cover. Both the rifle and its attachment are tied to Strike Pass progression.
Duel mode removes the squad context. It is a head-to-head contest on the narrow Apex Arena map, with the first player to five round wins taking the match; if all nine rounds are played, the higher round score wins. Use it to practise isolated aim and adaptation, while treating the G36 as a separate progression decision.
Free anniversary rewards follow several claim paths
- 1 September — Reaper Gacha Giveaway: claim 50 Reaper Gacha Vouchers to use toward the SVD – Reaper release. The vouchers do not guarantee the skin unless the in-game pool rules say so.
- 1 September — Peak Showdown: play the limited-time Duel activity and push your leaderboard score for the listed ALONDRA skin, titles and achievements.
- 4 September — Lucha Loot: complete missions to claim the Hank – Mr. Iguana collaboration Striker skin for free.
- 11–13 September — Anniversary login: log in during the stated window for the Ultra FAL – Luchador and an additional 50 Reaper Stash Vouchers.
- 15 September — Squad Giveaway: team up and complete missions for the Eternal Limited MCX – Ascendant skin and its inspect animation.
These activities use different triggers: a claim, a leaderboard activity, missions, a login window and squad missions. Gold does not replace any of those participation requirements.
Gameplay and system changes are smaller but practical
Third-person Battle Royale receives an improved weapon-draw animation, a separate no-ADS turning-sensitivity option and a real-time score-change preview. Players who use TPS should review the new sensitivity control before carrying an old camera setup into ranked play.
The reputation ceiling rises to Level 5, with positive play increasing reputation and malicious behaviour receiving stronger punishment. Profiles can now display melee weapons and Playpal, while the achievement system gains additional gameplay, record and limited-time event achievements.
Choose the Banana Spotlight Strike Pass tier by its exclusive reward
The Banana Spotlight Strike Pass is scheduled for 15 September to 14 October. The Premium tier’s headline item is the Ultra AUG – Peel Power weapon skin, while the Elite tier adds the Ultra Jack – Top Banana Striker skin. Other listed rewards include Payback execution, the Endbringer weapon-skin theme, the Vibe emote, Upgrade Points, Noble Coins, avatars and stickers.
The announcement says reaching the maximum pass level returns 520 Gold, but it does not publish a local price or explain every progression condition. Check the live in-game pass screen first, choose the tier for the exclusive reward you actually want, then buy Blood Strike Gold on SuprimX for that Strike Pass tier.
Compare the paid skin pools before setting a Gold budget
Night of Frenzy: Featured Valor is scheduled for 4 September with the JET – Psycho Clown collaboration skin. The M700 – Copperhead is listed for the Copperhead Stash on 13 September, and the UMP – Infinite is due to return to Infinite Valor on 18 September.
The official notes do not state draw prices, drop rates or a guaranteed total cost for these pools. Treat each as a separate decision: open the relevant in-game rules, identify whether the item is direct-purchase or chance-based, and set a maximum spend before adding Gold. Do not use the free Reaper vouchers as evidence that the other pools are free.
