Riot’s induction announcement names Rasmus “Caps” Winther as the third Hall of Legends inductee and the first Western professional to receive the honour. It announced a Berlin ceremony for August 18 and an in-game celebration beginning September 10, 2026.
The announcement connects the event to Caps’ career through a pass and cosmetics. Celebrating his induction does not require buying a collection, and the event has free rewards alongside its paid track.

The official Hall of Legends event page lists the pass at 1,950 RP, with 100 levels of rewards. Its lineup includes Risen Legend Orianna, Freljord Taliyah, Elderwood LeBlanc and Empyrean Akali.
